Horace H. Wilson Scholarship
Community Foundation for Monterey County
The Horace Wilson Scholarship was established in December 2000 with a bequest from Horace (Hank) Wilson (1905-2000). Mr. Wilson was a retired life insurance company executive who lived in Carmel. It was established to assist a graduating senior from Salinas High School to pay tuition at a four-year college or university. Applicants should be able to demonstrate financial need and come from a farmworker family.
