The Hope Spidell Sparks Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to assist graduates of Strasburg High School or any public or private high school and is a member of one of the following churches: 1. St. John’s United Church of Christ in Strasburg, Ohio, 2. Lowell United Church of Christ in Canton, Ohio, 3. Poland Presbyterian Church in Poland, Ohio. Criteria is based on: a. High level of academic achievement; b. Extracurricular activities; c. Demonstrated love for and knowledge of the philosophy of individual freedom and limited government; d. Financial need.
