Hooker Educational Scholarship Fund

This fund provides higher education scholarship assistance to deserving men and women who are children or spouses of Hooker Furniture Corporation (HFC). Recipients are eligible to receive a maximum award of $16,000 over a four-year period and may only be used for undergraduate studies. Applicant must be the child or spouse of a HFC employee, who, at the time of an initial scholarship grant, is a “full-time” employee and has been continuously employed for two or more years by HFC. Applicants must demonstrate financial need as evidenced through completion of a FAFSA form and the capacity to satisfactorily complete college-level studies as evidenced by high school and/or college transcripts. NOTE: Family members of directors and officers of HFC and former directors and officers of Hooker Educational Foundation are not eligible to apply.
