This scholarship is for graduating seniors and graduates of high schools in Phelps County, Nebraska. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have be planning or currently pursuing a field of study in nursing, health care, human services, or a long-term care related field. Applicants must have maintained a 2.0 or C average.
