The purpose of this scholarship is to provide financial assistance to young men and women in Hawai'i ready to acquire knowledge and leadership skills in government and community affairs. Selection is based on leadership potential, scholastic achievement and financial need. Applicants must be planning to major in Political Science, International Relations, International Business or Public Administration. Preference may be given to previous recipients.
