This scholarship is for residents of Troup County, Georgia, who have been residents for at least two years. To qualify, applicants must be high school graduates or scheduled to graduate within 6 months. Applicants should also have a scholastic standing in the upper 25% of their high school class. Applicants for scholarship awards, while in college, must maintain a cumulative scholastic standing in the upper one-half of their college class.
