Community Foundation of Carroll County

This scholarship is for individuals who wish to pursue training/education at an appropriate educational institution with the intent of becoming professional truck drivers. To qualify, applicants must be from Carroll County, Maryland, and must submit a letter of recommendation and a brief statement explaining the desire to pursue a career in truck driving.
