Harold Lancour Scholarship for Foreign Study

This scholarship is for librarians who plan to pursue research or a special course of study in a foreign country outside North America. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to conduct research/study to survey foreign libraries or programs. Selection will be based on plan of study/research and the usefulness of the study/research to the applicant and to the profession.
