Harold "Jiggs" Phillips Scholarship
Cherokee Nation Foundation
Applicant must be a Cherokee Nation citizen, be a graduating high school senior of an Adair County high school (Cave Springs, Stilwell, Watts or Westville), have a minimum 3.0 GPA and enroll in a higher education institution the semester immediately following receipt of this scholarship award. This is a one-year scholarship.
