This scholarship is for biological, adopted or stepchildren of the employees at the Vista Irrigation District who plan to attend an accredited career/technical school, community college, four-year university, or graduate school (including medical and law) in the United States. Recipients will be chosen based on academic achievement, financial need, extra-curricular activities, work experience, demonstrated leadership, good citizenship, and potential for future development.
