The Hale Kaua'i Scholarship in Memory of William Moragne was established in 2015 to benefit Kaua'i residents who are pursuing a degree in Agriculture or Engineering. Must demonstrate financial need, have a GPA of 3.0 or above and maintain full-time status at a 2 or 4-year college or university in Hawai'i or the mainland USA.
