This scholarship is for graduating seniors and past graduates of Colonel Richardson High School in Federalsburg, Maryland. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate academic ability and good moral character as reflected in a recommendation from a guidance counselor. Applicants also must demonstrate financial need.
