This scholarship is to help college-bound, graduating seniors from Cape Hatteras Secondary School and Ocracoke School. This scholarship considers academic record, financial need, volunteer work, and extracurricular activities. Preference may be given to those students bound for a North Carolina accredited public four-year college or university, or a North Carolina community college or technical school.
