This scholarship was established to benefit former participants of the Grace Pacific Outstanding Keiki Scholars Program. Applicants must attend an accredited, two or four year, not-for-profit institution within the US (including US territories) full-time. Applicants must be former participants of the Grace Pacific Outstanding Keiki Scholars Program. Preference is given to previous scholarship recipients.
