Graduating high school seniors from Doland High School, Doland, South Dakota are eligible for this award. Applicants must plan to attend an accredited college, university, or vocational or technical school; demonstrate financial need; have a GPA of 2.0 or higher; and demonstrate the desire, motivation, and ability to succeed in his/her chosen field.
