The Gordon B. and Josephine Hewlett Memorial Scholarship assists Franklin County students who wish to pursue college degrees in nursing. The primary purpose of this scholarship is to assist undergraduate students, but in the absence of qualified applicants, the scholarship may go to graduate students.
