This scholarship is for graduating seniors attending public schools in Mathews County, Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate a commitment to academics, financial need, and strong participation in school actvities and community services. Applicants must be candidates for high school graduation at the end of the current academic year.
