This scholarship is for students who are graduating or who have graduated from a high school in Wood County, West Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be attending college full-time with a major in a media communications field (including, but no limited to majors in broadcasting, journalism, or advertising).
