This scholarship is for high school graduates. Applicants must be GEAR UP Scholars who submitted a completed Step Up pledge form while attending a title 1 school. Applicants must have earned a State of Hawai'i Board of Education Recognition Diploma. Applicants must be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate student at an institution of higher education within the United States. Priority for funding given to students studying in the state of Hawaii.
