Applicant must be a member of Gateway Hemophilia Association. Applicant must be a post secondary student who has been diagnosed with a bleeding disorder and lives in the service area of GHA. The service area has been identified as eastern Missouri and southern Illinois. The scholarship is for continuing education via college or trade school.
