Polk County Community Foundation
Awarded to one or more Polk County residents who wish to attend an accredited public or private college or university, community college,e or a recognized technical or vocational institution. This award is based on financial need, scholastic achievement and community responsibility. Using the same criteria, this scholarship may be renewed for three consecutive years in college.
