Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. - Iota Phi Sigma Chapter
This scholarship is for African American men who reside in Illinois. To qualify, applicants must be graduating high school seniors who are pursuing a full-time undergraduate degree, be enrolled college freshmen as of Fall 2015, and have a cumulative unweighted 2.75 GPA or higher.
