Community Foundation Serving Western Virginia

Applicants must be a graduating senior from Franklin County High School, or have graduated from Franklin County High School within the last three years. Applicant must enroll in a Virginia community college (preferable Virginia Western Community College or Patrick Henry Community College) and pursue an Associates Degree or pursue advanced studies at an accredited career, technical school, college, or university and be capable of satisfactorily completing college-level studies. To receive future scholarship installments, the student must make satisfactory progress toward completing a degree.
