This scholarship is for graduating seniors of Rochester High School in Rochester, and Tippecanoe Valley High School in Akron, Indiana. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be residents of Fulton County; be actively involved in school, work and community; demonstrate financial need; and be planning to attend an accredited college, university, trade or vocational school in Indiana. Applicants should demonstrate kindness to those in their community and service to others in their everyday life.
