To apply for the Frank M. Farr Rotary Club of Aurora Scholarship, you must be a graduating senior of a Hamilton County high school who will be a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree at an accredited 2 or 4 year college. The applicant must have a minimum composite ACT score of 25 or higher or an SAT score of 940 or higher. Financial need is a factor.
