Frank J. Michaels Scholarship

This scholarship is for high school seniors and undergraduates students already in college who reside in the Borough of Oxford, Pennsylvania, or in the case of insufficient eligible candidates, then applicants may reside within a twenty-five mile radius of the Borough of Oxford. Scholarships will be awarded based on respective ability, educational goals, financial need, and career ambitions.
