Community Foundation of Greater Flint

To provide financial assistance for Flint youth, who are graduating seniors, in their pursuit of post-secondary education. Applicants will be judged on academic proficiency, excellence and rigor, college goals, life goals, school and community involvement, financial need, and a comprehensive autobiography. Final candidates will be interviewed. The student shall maintain a grade-point average of 2.5 or higher in order to remain a recipient. Youth residents of the City of Flint. A scholarship will be awarded for four years providing an acceptable (2.5 GPA or C+ grade average) grade average is maintained.
