Applicant must be a graduating senior of Tyler Consolidated High School. Must have demonstrated the most scholastic improvement from the sophomore year to the senior year. Must have maintained at least a 3.2 GPA. Not a current recipient of significant scholarship assistance, with the exception of a state or federal program.
