The applicant must be a resident and graduate of a high school in the 4th District area (Breckinridge, Grayson, Green, Hardin, Hart, Marion, Meade, Nelson, Taylor or Washington counties) who plans to pursue a career in education or teaching at Elizabethtown Community and Technical College.
