Fostering Hope Scholarship

Parkersburg Area Community Foundation

This scholarship is for residents of West Virginia actively or previously enrolled in the foster care system or emancipated minors, with preference given to residents of Wood County. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have been admitted to a course of study at a post-high school educational institution for the upcoming year. Selection is based on academic promise, good character, good citizenship, and financial need.
