This scholarship is for students who are members of Fibre Federal Credit Union, which serves the Washington and Oregon counties of Cowlitz, Columbia, Clatsop, and Wahkiakum. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must attend or plan to attend an accredited college/university. Scholarships are awarded based on on academic standing, extracurricular activities, financial circumstances, and the quality of the application.
