F. Lammont Belin Arts Scholarship

This scholarship is for US citizens who live or have lived in the northeast region of Pennsylvania. To qualify, applicants must provide proof of exceptional ability in their chosen field and prove that this field is their intended life's work. The scholarship supports the noble arts of painting, sculpture, photography, music, drama, dance, literature, and architecture. Applicants must show that the scholarship will aid them in their development into professional artists. Letters of recommendation from recognized artists, experts, or judges from the chosen field are required for this scholarship. The scholarship must be postmarked on or before the 15th.
