This scholarship is for a Shiawassee County area high school senior or graduate. Applicant must plan to study in the field of special education to aid the mentally or physically challenged or impaired. The recipient should have academic performance that would indicate success at the college level and may re-apply in conjunction with an interview. It is not intended to be grade point sensitive or financial need-based.
