The Eva Seng Memorial Good Works Scholarship promotes volunteer community service and civic engagement for Manistee County high school students. This scholarship program recognizes high school seniors for outstanding volunteer service to their community and neighbors. Preference may be given to students who demonstrate leadership and initiative in planning and carrying out a service project, including helping a friend or neighbor in need.
