Eustace-Kwan Family Foundation Scholarship
Silicon Valley Community Foundation
This scholarship is for promising high school and first- or second- year college students that have a cumulative GPA between 3.0 and 3.7 on a 4.0 scale. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate school and/or extra-curricular activities and financial hardship. Applicants must also be residents of San Mateo County or previous Eustace-Kwan Family Foundation Scholarship recipient, and current graduating high school seniors or college freshmen (up to 29 semester or 44.8 quarter units or as defined by school of attendance) or sophomores (31 - 60 semester or 44.9 - 89.9 quarter units or as defined by school of attendance). Students must be planning to attend or currently enrolled in a two-or four-year college or vocational school as full-time students. This scholarship is awarded to applicants that are most focused, able to articulate clear goals, determined to succeed in their chosen field of study and career, and whose educational opportunities will be increased by financial assistance. Applicants can be US citizens or eligible non-citizens (eligible non-citizens include United States legal residents and AB 540 students).
