This scholarship is for Hispanic residents of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or enrolled full-time at a college or university. Applicants must also have been born in a Hispanic country or have at least one parent who is fully Hispanic and is either an American citizen or a US legal resident who is a permanent resident card holders. DACA Eligible students are also eligible to apply. Please see website for complete details.
