Erie County Association of Township Officials

This scholarship is for incoming first-year freshmen who have been accepted for admission to an accredited college, university, or school that offers a two- or a four-year degree/certificate program. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must reside in a township in Erie County, Pennsylvania (see scholarship application for a list of townships). Scholarships will be awarded based on exemplary community service, demonstrated community and school leadership, academic achievement, and economic need, in that order. Township officials of ECATO and their immediate family members are not eligible for this scholarship.
