This competition is for students who are interested in fashion design. To qualify for this competition, applicants must be full-time middle-school, high school, or college or university students; have a 3.0 GPA; and be US citizens. To apply to this competition, applicants must submit a minimum of three sketches or three photos of original work. All submissions must include fabric swatches and any embellishments used to adorn the garment. Winners will be showcased on opening night of Baltimore Fashion Week and be featured in a full-length spread of Linger magazine.
