Applicants must be a graduating senior from a Lewis County High School and planning to pursue a four-year degree from an accredited college or university. Applicant must also plan to pursue a four-year degree at an accredited post-secondary institution, and demonstrate significant financial need, scholastic achievement and participation in school and volunteer activities that indicate a commitment to the community.
