This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors in Shelby County, Ohio. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a GPA of at least 3.25 and plan to enroll in an accredited college/university in the coming academic year. Selection for this scholarship will be based on financial need, academic ability, demonstrated community and school service, and recommendations.
