El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation
This scholarship is for high school students in El Paso, Texas. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must earn a high school diploma no earlier than May, enroll in a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited two- or four-year college or university, have a 3.0 GPA or above, and have a total family income less than $35,000.
