The scholarship is valid in the Freshman year of the student’s education at an accredited technical college, 4-year college, or university. There is no specific curriculum the student must pursue. Student must be a current senior in a Washington County school (or a resident of Washington Co.) or a direct descendant of an Edward Parrish Chapter Member. Scholarship is renewable for Sophomore year if student maintains a minimum GPA of 3.0.
