This scholarship provides a non-renewable award to a graduate student pursuing a degree and career in public service. This includes, but is not limited to fields of study such as public administration, teaching, public health, or social work. Applicant must have excellent academic records, demonstrate financial need, and intend to continue work in Kentucky.
