Dulcie Jean Birkby Endowed Memorial Scholarship

Community Foundations of Southwest Iowa

This scholarship is for women who are graduating seniors at Sidney High School in Sidney, Iowa. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be enrolled in a two- or four-year degree or certificate program. Graduates of these programs receive certificates, diplomas, or Associate in Applied Science degrees. Applicants must have a keen interest in citizenship, actively participate and demonstrate enthusiasm for community betterment and leadership.
