This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who live in Bedford or Fulton County, Pennsylvania. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 2.5 GPA and be admitted to a vocational/technical school or two- or four-year college/university. Preference will be given to applicants from farm families. Members of the Advisory Committee and their immediate family members are not eligible for this scholarship.
