This scholarship is for graduating African American high school seniors from the San Diego Unified School District who are pursuing a career in teaching and plan to attend an accredited two-year college or four-year university in the United States. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA and a strong record or responsible citizenship.
