This scholarship was established by the estate of “Dot Kemp” to provide tuition payments for students graduating from Canton Area High School, who desire to go to technical institutions, trade school and similar institutions. This scholarship is for applicants interested in learning and practicing trades such as cosmetology, plumbing, welding, forestry, masonry, carpentry, auto mechanics, auto body, licensed practical nurses, horticulture and courses of a similar nature.
