This scholarship is for students who live in Kent County, Michigan, and are pursuing full-or part-time study at any accredited school in Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and be US citizens/permanent residents. They must also have lived in Kent County for at least two years.
