Established by Donalda Warner in memory of her parents to provide scholarships to Lansing Community College students in Ingham County. Scholarship recipients are chosen by LCC. Scholarships are for a student entering their first year of college; they will cover the costs of tuition, fees, and/or books and will be based primarily upon financial need. Priority will be given to students who come from a rural setting, outside of Lansing (although such status is not required). Priority will also be given to students whose past academic performance has not necessarily been outstanding, but who show promise as “late bloomer” students.
