For current graduating seniors of Perkins High School residing in Erie County, Ohio pursuing a 4-year, undergraduate degree in health care. Emphasis will be placed on academic achievement, desire for higher education, leadership potential, and ability to handle college level academic work. The recipient must be enrolled full-time and may apply to renew the award for up to 3 additional years.
